FIGHT OF THE MONTH: particularly fun for me was Joe Calzaghe’s 3rd round stoppage of Peter Manfredo. the guy throws so many punches he’s always fun to watch.
TV SHOW OF THE MONTH: PLANET EARTH! what an unbelievable series!

oh believe me, i’m a HUGE robert altman fan…just think this one may be a bit overrated, in my uneducated opinion. expectations were probably a bit too high. but i wouldn’t think of the 79 as a C+ so much as very good but not GREAT. anything above 80 i liked ALOT. anything above 90 is a top 10-12 of the given year.
